Imprint2Light Studio Rental Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Imprint2Light Studio ("Studio") and the client ("Client") for the rental of the studio space and equipment. By booking a session, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Booking and Payment:

- Full payment is required before the appointment to secure the booking.

- Payment can be made through the provided payment methods.

2. Cancellation and Refund:

- More than 48 hours' notice: 70% refund will be issued.

- Less than 48 hours' notice: No refund will be provided.

- Rescheduling is allowed with more than 48 hours' notice, and payments will roll over to the rescheduled appointment.

3. Time Management:

- Clients are expected to arrive on time and to be packed up and ready to leave by the scheduled finishing time.

- Any extra time required beyond the booking period will be charged at a rate of $88 per hour.

4. Respect for Other Bookings:

- Client's delay or actions that interfere with the next booking may result in additional charges to cover the costs incurred by the Studio.

5. Cleanliness:

- Upon leaving the Studio, all areas used must be left in the same condition they were provided. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.

6. Food and Beverage:

- If you plan to bring food and beverages, please inform the Studio in advance. Proper disposal and cleaning of food-related items are the Client's responsibility.

7. Damage:

- Any damage to the Studio property or equipment caused by the Client will be the Client's financial responsibility.

8. Safety and Security:

- Clients are expected to follow safety guidelines provided by the Studio and are responsible for the safety of their team and guests.

9. Liability:

- The Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Client's belongings.

10. Compliance with Laws:

- Clients must comply with all relevant laws and regulations during their use of the Studio.

11. Privacy:

- The Studio may photograph or film sessions for promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise.

12. Additional Agreements:

- Any additional agreements or specific arrangements must be made in writing.


Imprint2Light Photography Services Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the photography session.

- The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

- Payments are accepted through the provided payment methods.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

- Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

- Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

- The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather.

3. Location:

- The photography session may be conducted in a studio or an outdoor location agreed upon by the photographer and the client.

- Any permit or location fee for outdoor sessions is the responsibility of the client.

4. Session Duration:

- The duration of the photography session is as agreed upon in the booking.

- Any extra time required beyond the booking period will be charged at a rate of $50 per 10 minutes.

5. Image Selection:

- The client may select their preferred images for further editing or printing.

- Additional images may be purchased at the agreed-upon rates.

6. Editing and Delivery:

- The photographer will edit the images chosen by clients.

- Digital files are typically delivered within 2 weeks via Email.

7. Copyright and Usage Rights:

- The photographer retains copyright over all images.

- The client receives personal usage rights for non-commercial purposes.

- Commercial use of images requires written permission and may incur additional fees.

8. Model Releases:

- If the session includes individuals other than the client, the client is responsible for obtaining necessary model releases.

9. Reshoots:

- In the event of technical issues or unsatisfactory results, the photographer may offer a reshoot at no additional cost.

10. Client Conduct:

- Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner during the session.

11. Photography Equipment:

- Clients may not use personal cameras or recording equipment during the session.

12. Liability:

- The photographer is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal property during the session.

13. Delivery Timeframe:

- The standard delivery timeframe for edited photos is 5 working days. Expedited delivery may be available at an additional cost.

14. Additional Fees:

- Any costs related to additional editing, prints, or other services are outlined in the pricing agreement.

15. Dispute Resolution:

- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation or mediation.

16. Force Majeure:

- The photographer is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and pandemics.

17. Governing Law:

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws.

By booking and using the Studio, the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these Terms and agrees to comply with them. Imprint2Light Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms with prior notice to clients. For any questions or clarifications, please contact us directly.
